CapitaLand’s lodging business unit, The Ascott has partnered with Sun Group, one the largest real estate developers in Vietnam to manage Vietnam’s largest integrated serviced residence development.
Ascott will manage 1,905 units in the Tay Ho View Complex of Hanoi by Sun Group. It is composed of three distinct serviced residence brands.
The group will introduce some of its brands including Ascott The Residence, The Crest Collection and Citadines Apart’hotel. These residences will open in phases starting in 1Q2023.
The first Asian launch of The Crest Collection is planned. The brand, which is only available in France, focuses on offering guests a luxurious experience that highlights its heritage and character.
Ascott at Tay Ho View Complex has 1,167 units. These units include studios, one-to four-bedroom apartments, and duplexes. Citadines Apart’hotel offers 710 units that are studios, one-to four-bedroom apartments, and duplexes. The Crest Collection will have 28 units that include three- and four-bedroom duplex apartments.
The three properties offer residents lounges, a reading area, and gyms. There are also high-end restaurants from Michelin-starred chefs or other world-renowned chefs.
