Belgravia Ace Landed Ang Mo Kio

Wywy Group will sell its nine villas in Oei Tiong Ham Park Residences for between S$8 and S$13 millions per unit or approximately S$100,000,000 collectively, according to CBRE, the appointed marketing agent.

Belgravia Ace Landed Ang Mo Kio property is a coveted freehold strata landed housing featuring 3-storey 100 strata terrace houses and 18 strata semi-detached houses in a perfect ambience.

The freehold luxury development comprises three three-storey-plus-rooftop blocks, with an apartment occupying each storey.

The four- and five-bedroom units come in sizes ranging from 3,401 to 5,888 square feet. They are available at a starting price of S$2,500 each sq ft.

CBRE reports that Wywy sold the property following strong demand in the market for large apartments.

Linda Chern, CBRE’s head of residential services, stated that Wywy Group has been approached repeatedly by agents and clients for quite some time. The company believed it was the right moment, given the positive outlook of Singapore and the market conditions.

Each villa comes with its own private lift, swimming pool, and garden.

“Oei Tiong Ham Park Residences presents a rare opportunity for UHNWIs (ultra-high-net-worth individuals) and investors to acquire a unique freehold property in one of Singapore’s prime GCB (Good Class Bungalow) areas.

This residential development is a solution for foreigners who cannot afford landed properties in Singapore. We expect a high demand for these luxury apartments due to the opening of borders and increased foreign UHNWIs coming here with their funds. Singapore is a well-known investment destination.

The property is located at 29 Oei Tiong Ham Park. It’s a 5-minute walk from Holland Village MRT, and a 10-minute drive to Botanic Garden.

It is home to the Methodist Girls’ School and National Junior College, Hwa Chong Institution and United World College.
